Appointments & walk-ins

Book appointments through our Vagaro booking page. Walk-ins are welcome, subject to availability. A booking is confirmed according to the confirmation you receive through Vagaro.

Changes, cancellations & payments

Review the shop’s current booking, cancellation, no-show, deposit and payment terms displayed in Vagaro before confirming an appointment. Contact us if those terms are unclear or you need help changing a booking. This page does not introduce additional cancellation fees or refund promises.

Prices & service information

Website prices, opening hours and service descriptions may change. Confirm your selected service and final price in Vagaro or with the shop before your appointment.

Privacy & information you provide

When you contact us by email or phone, you may provide your name, contact details and information about your request. We use that information to respond and help arrange your visit. Please avoid sending payment card details or other sensitive information by email.

Bookings through Vagaro

Vagaro handles information you submit through its booking service under its own privacy policy. Review Vagaro’s Privacy Policy for details about its collection, processing and privacy requests.
